Minda to enter joint venture with Katolec Corp

Minda Industries has entered into a joint venture agreement with Katolec Corporation, Japan to manufacture high end electronic products like printed circuit boards (PCB) and box build assemblies. Both the companies will set up a JV in which Minda Industries will hold 51 percent stake and Katolec Corporation will hold the remaining 49 percent. The new manufacturing facility will be set up in Pune, Maharashtra.
