Hero MotoCorp has launched an e-commerce portal to sell its genuine spare markets in retail through online market place. The portal – www.hgpmart.com – will enable customers to purchase Hero Genuine Parts and Hero Genuine Accessories directly from the company. The company will use a hub and spoke model through its 100 part distributors. The company has tied up with a logistics company Delhivery. It may be noted, the company had earlier tied up with Snapdeal.
