TVS Motor has launched Apache RR 310 equipped with ‘Race Tuned (RT) Slipper Clutch’ technology. The new bike has features to shift gears speedily with low hand fatigue and also maintains vehicle stability at high speeds during downshifts, especially in corners. It also comes with new colors Phantom Black. The updated Apache RR 310 with the slipper function allows rapid downshifts preventing wheel hop and chain whip. The system is also engineered with an assist function wherein the clutch plates lock tightly increasing the clutch engagement force thus resulting in reduced clutch effort.
Existing TVS Apache RR 310 customers can also equip their motorcycles with Race Tuned Slipper Clutch, which the company is making available as a TVS Racing accessory that can be retrofitted to their motorcycles at select TVS Apache RR 310 dealerships across the country for a nominal price.
The latest TVS Apache RR 310 variant is priced at ₹ 227,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
