J K Tyre has launched the next generation of fuel-efficient tyres – the XF Series for long and regional haul applications in India. The XF fuel-efficient tyre series comes in two variants – front axle JETWAY JUH XF and rear axle JETSTEEL JDH XF and offers savings to customers in terms of cost per kilometer (CPKM) while also improving mileage.
The tyre has lower rolling resistance with (RRC) technology the XF series tyre helps improve tyre efficiency by saving up to 8 per cent fuel in comparison to normal radial tyres. It also helps in the reduction of heat buildup in the carcass, resulting in improved durability. It has new tetra beam belt, this series also maintains a higher tread stiffness, allowing for greater number of retreads.
