Ford India has launched a new version of its compact sedan Aspire priced between ₹ 5.55 lakh and ₹ 8.14 lakh (introductory prices across India).
The new version will be available in petrol 1.2 litre and diesel 1.5 litre engine options, along with dual airbags and ABS as a standard.
While the petrol variant is available between Rs 5.55 lakh and Rs 7.24 lakh, the diesel version is available at Rs 6.45 lakh to Rs 8.14 lakh (all introductory prices across India.
The car is also available in automatic transmission and has decent mileage of 20.4 kmpl for petrol and 26.1 kmpl of diesel. The compact sedan segment is expected to reach a sales figure of 4.50 lakh units in 2018 and expected to double by end of this decade.
