Ashok Leyland Ltd has launched new variants in its LCV ‘Guru 1010’ and medium duty vehicle (MDV) variant of Boss — the Boss 1616 and Boss 1916 in India. The new Guru 1010 offers a combination of fuel efficiency and payload, ensuring maximum returns per kilometre, while the Boss 1616 and Boss 1916 combine both payload and performance. The Boss range comprises 16 and 18.5 tons designed for enhanced axle-load as per the new regulations.
