About the Company :
NHK Automotive components India Pvt. Ltd. formerly termed as Bombay Company Ltd. (BCL springs) which established in 1985 by colluding with NHK Spring company ltd. (Japan) to primarily manufacture cold coiled precision springs. Its commercial production was initiated in the year 1987.
Subsequently BCL Springs merged with The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Ltd. (BBTCL) in 1992 to follow other business exigencies. BBTCL successfully organized to set up another plant in Waluj, Aurangabad which was initially into Suspension springs.
Irrevocably BBTCL was formally acquired by NHK Spring company Ltd. in the year 2011 by taking the comprehensive possession which is now known as ‘NHK Automotive Components India Pvt. Ltd.’ Today NACI is the leading spring supplier in India serving the majority of the automotive sectors like Tata Motors, Honda, Maruti, and many more to count.
