SSWL designs & manufacture automotive steel wheels since 1991 and is among the leading supplier to Indian & Global Automobile Manufacturers. Their product range comprises Steel wheels for Two and Three Wheelers, Passenger cars, Multi utility vehicles, Tractors, Trucks & OTR Vehicles.
SSWL has three production facilities: It produce mainly passenger car wheels in Dappar (Punjab) and Oragadam (Chennai) and truck wheels in Jamshedpur (Jharkhand). The total capacity amounts to 9 million wheels in Dappar, 6 million wheels in Oragadam and 2 million truck wheels in Jamshedpur amounting to a total capacity of 17 million wheels.
The company has commenced commercial production at the high-tech steel processing unit for steel pickling, slitting and cut to length at its Dappar unit in Punjab. The unit, named as Ute Mayr Steel Service Centre, will have a monthly processing capacity of 20,000 tonne steel.
