Lite Auto Components Pvt Ltd started operations in the year 2018 is engaged in providing end-to-end solutions in magnesium-based products/components in castings, machining and sealant products. It may be noted that, Magnesium is 75% lighter than steel, 33% lighter than aluminum and is amongst the lightest structural materials available
In September 2019, the company is planning to set up a state-of-the-art magnesium- based auto components manufacturing plant either in Nellore or Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh.
The company signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (APEDB).
