Triton to set up a new manufacturing facility in Zaheerabad

Triton Electric Vehicle is planning to set up a manufacturing facility in Zaheerabad in Telangana. The company has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Telangana government to set up the plant and to acquire the land for the plant.

The project cost is estimated at ₹ 21,000 million. The new plant will have a state-of-the-art facility with a production capacity of 50,000 vehicles over the first five years, including semi-trucks, sedans, luxury SUVs and rickshaws.
