Aspee Springs Ltd belongs to the Aspee Group, founded in 1985, and has two major group companies- Aspee Precision Components Private Limited and Aspee Sons . Both APC and AS are engaged in the manufacturing of machined auto components for the two-wheeler segment, commercial vehicles and passenger vehicles segment. APC has its manufacturing units located
in Himachal Pradesh and Punjab while AS has its manufacturing unit located in Himachal Pradesh only. ASL is a closely held company incorporated in the year 1981. It is the flagship company of the Aspee group, set-up for manufacturing of auto components for two-wheeler segment, commercial vehicles and passenger vehicles segment. ASL is engaged in the manufacturing of automobile components (for 2- wheeler, commercial and passenger vehicles) including circlips, washers, retaining rings, snap rings, shims, rings, spring washers, E-clips, rollers, fulcrum pins, shafts, bushes and other formed and sheet metal components. The company has four production facilities located in the states of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu.
