Indo Tooling Pvt Ltd started operations in the year 2008 as a 50:50 joint venture between Sandhar Technologies Limited flagship company of Sandhar Group and JBM Auto Limited (part of JBM Group). JBM Group acts as an end-to-end solutions provider for all business segments including 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, farm & construction
equipment. Sandhar Group is a well renowned OEM supplier which manufactures various automotive products including locking systems, mirror assemblies, sheet metal components, plastic injection moulds, wheel assemblies, handlebar assemblies, brake panel assemblies, etc. JBM Auto Limited purchased the remaining share from Sandhar Technologies during FY22, and currently ITPL is 100% wholly owned subsidiary of JBM Auto Limited. ITPL is a commercial tool room providing complete solution for all kinds of tooling requirements, including stamping tools, plastic injection moulds, PDC dies, fixtures, etc. for automotive industry. It is located at Indore and spread over 5 acres of industrial land having a built-up area of over 1.5 acres.
