About the Company :
The firm was incepted in 1983, by Chairman & founder Mr. Mohanbhai Patel as “Heatex Engineering Co.” with 5 employees & fabrication of oil & steam pipe lines. The first self designed product “Thermic Fluid Heater” was manufactured in 1984.
From 1985 to 2007 it introduced another self designed products like, “Fabric Dyeing Machine, Pollution control equipments, IBR Boilers etc. at different units. In December 2015, the company has joined hands with German-based Funke Warmeaustauscher Apparatebau GmbH to manufacture a wide range of plate, shell and tube-type heat exchangers used for various applications in different industries.
Funke plans to invest about $50 million (Rs 350 crore) in the joint venture company Funke Heatex India.
